• Bookings are by appointment. Monday–Thursday vs. Friday–Sunday availability is reflected per plan.

• Typical capacities (estimate; varies by layout — confirm during booking): Workshop tables: 12–18 creators

What Events Are Welcome

• Hands‑on DIY workshops (body butters, paint & sips, candle making, etc.)
• Wellness sessions, journaling circles, book clubs
• Light refreshments welcome; beer/wine/champagne permitted for 21+ (BYOB or licensed vendor)

Not Allowed / Restrictions

• Nightclub‑style parties, amplified concerts, or subwoofer‑level sound
• Hard liquor without a licensed/insured bartender; under‑21 alcohol consumption
• Open flames (other than supervised candle‑making), deep‑frying, or heavy cooking
• Glitter, loose confetti, smoke/fog machines, or messy props that stain surfaces
• Hookah, vaping indoors, illegal substances
• Animals/pets other than certified service animals
• Ticketed public events without prior approval and security plan
• Unattended minors; youth groups must have adequate adult chaperones
• Any activity that risks damage to equipment, shelving, or product displays
