How to Book

Step 1: Select Your Rental

Choose your preferred rental package and date. Please confirm availability before submitting payment.

Step 2: Secure Your Date

Pay a $100 nonrefundable booking deposit, which will be applied toward your total rental cost. Complete the required rental agreement.

Step 3: Finalize Your Event

Your remaining rental balance is due no later than 14 days before your event. A separate $150 refundable damage deposit is also required before your rental.

Things to Note

⚠️ Outside Food: A $45 service fee applies when bringing outside food. No kitchenette or refrigeration is available.

⚠️ Shared Bathroom: The facility's only restroom is located behind the Babe Bar and remains accessible to all guests, including store customers during business hours.

⚠️ Staff Access: Our staff service area is located behind a wall within the event space. Employees may need to access this section during your rental.

⚠️ Setup & Breakdown: Setup, decorating, and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental hours. Additional time will result in an additional fee.

⚠️ After-Hours Access: Friday and Saturday evening rentals are held after regular business hours. Sunday rentals may take place while the storefront is open.
